Five days of yoga bliss together with Annaf Åhlgren & Malin Svanholm.

Exploring the divine duality within ourselves and diving deeper into the connection between mind and body, with the help of the ancient wisdom of yoga. We start our days with hatha yoga and meditation.

After a long luxurious breakfast together: the day is yours to explore. Maybe just sitting and writing or reading in one of the little secret spots around the hotel, or exploring the island.

In the late afternoons, we meet again for another session of yoga. This time more Yin, Restorative, and Mindfulness.

We end our days together, with fantastic dinners of Greek cuisine. The surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful. Mountains and the Mediterranean sea, olive trees, and herb gardens.
